MLS:
The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is the tool for agents and brokers to access complete inventory of listings, with their details and sales history. As soon as the listing papers are signed, your property will be entered into the Mid Florida Regional Multiple Listing Service, a database of listings covering most of mid Florida, including Charlotte, Sarasota, Manatee, and Hillsborough counties.
